Spec no. 002 · Basis of design

Most agencies start with ads. We start by counting.

  • 10 Searches per month Sprinkler inspection in Dallas. Thin demand is normal, which is why we count first. Source: Google Ads data via DataForSEO, August 2026
  • 15 Reminders that pay Approvals keep climbing through the fifteenth reminder. Most shops stop at two. Source: ServiceTrade, Deficiency Efficiency Guide
  • $0 Ad spend up front At this market's cost per click, $3,000 in ads buys more clicks than many territories contain. Source: Google Ads cost-per-click data via DataForSEO, August 2026
  • 100% Yours from day one Ad accounts, data, Google Business Profile, domain. You own it all. A term of the engagement, not an upsell.

Spec no. 003 · The four revenue leaks

Where does commercial revenue leak before anyone notices?

None of these are marketing problems. They sit inside the normal operation of a fire-protection company, and in a thin-demand market each one costs more.

Open quotes

Quotes that never close

Your estimator visits the site, builds the scope, prices the work, and sends the proposal. Then follow-up stops after one or two touches. Every quote nobody systematically works is revenue you're leaving for a competitor to recover.

Inbound inquiries

Inquiries answered too late

A legitimate commercial buyer reaches out. The office is busy. The callback happens hours later, and the buyer has already contacted another company. When a territory produces a limited number of real inquiries a month, losing three to slow response is a material revenue event.

Customer database

Customers you never renew or expand

Every completed inspection should be the beginning of another revenue opportunity. Without a renewal and reactivation system, profitable accounts quietly fall off the calendar and into somebody else's pipeline.

Search visibility

Demand you never capture

When a property manager, facility manager, or general contractor searches for fire protection services, competitors appear instead: in the Google map pack, in organic results, in paid search, and in AI answers.

Spec no. 006 · Fire protection first

Why commercial fire protection first?

Because it is a thin-demand, high-value market where the revenue recurs. Fire companies earn through inspections and ITM, sprinkler, alarm, and suppression work, and the deficiency-to-repair pipeline behind every inspection. The engine is configured to your territory, for established commercial fire-protection companies with crews, an office team, an estimator, and a customer database.

  5. Approved 8 this quarter

Spec no. 007 · A message from our founder

Most agencies start with ads. I start by counting.

I've spent almost thirty years in sales, where a lead either becomes a signed job or it doesn't.

Three of the four revenue leaks I see are inside the shop: quotes never worked, inquiries answered hours late, customers due for service and never called. More ad spend fixes none of them.

I was one of the top seven salespeople at Business Breakthroughs International, the original Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes organization. Closing is a system: scripting, follow-up, and a number you can measure.

So the first thing you get from me is a count: what your territory is worth in pipeline dollars, and the order the engine should run in. If the numbers say don't spend, I'll say so on the call.

We measure before we promise. That's the only rule.

Spec no. 008 · Before you sign

What do fire protection owners ask before they book?

We've been burned by a marketing agency before. Why is this any different?

We start by finding where revenue is leaking: open quotes, inbound inquiries, your customer database. Ad spend is recommended only after the Territory Demand Audit measures how much commercial demand your territory holds, and the report you get is in pipeline dollars, not lead counts.

Our market runs on word of mouth. Do we need this?

Referrals are excellent, and they are not controllable acquisition infrastructure. The engine starts with the revenue you already own: the quotes that were sent and never worked, the customers who are due and were never contacted. Nothing in that start depends on new traffic.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No. The engagement is a short initial commitment followed by month-to-month terms. You keep ownership of your ad accounts, data, Google Business Profile, domain, CRM exports, and customer records throughout. If agreed infrastructure is not completed to scope, we keep working without another implementation charge.

Will this spam our customers?

No. Our outreach meets the same standard our clients are held to. SMS goes only to contacts with documented consent, through A2P 10DLC infrastructure, with opt-outs and do-not-contact lists maintained. Reactivation defaults to compliant email and human phone outreach. Automated contact is disclosed where appropriate.

Why is the audit free?

Because it's how we decide whether to work with you. It measures your territory's demand, cost, competition, and your own economics, then sets the order the engine runs in. If the numbers say your territory can't feed it, we say so and decline the engagement.
